Yes. Your 50% founding discount follows you, not the tier you started on. If you join as a Solo Practitioner and later grow into a multi-location MedSpa, the discount applies to your new tier — you keep it as you scale rather than losing it for outgrowing where you began.
The 50% lifetime discount is maintained through annual billing. You'll be billed once per year at the discounted rate for your current tier. Monthly billing is available at standard pricing. Founding Members who choose annual billing lock in their rate for every subsequent renewal, indefinitely.
Software by Jade is planned to launch in October 2026. Founding Members will receive early access for onboarding and feature testing prior to the public launch. Your White-Glove VIP Onboarding session will be scheduled before the general release window.
The Roundtable is a curated group of 50 practice leaders with direct access to Jade and her product design team. You will receive quarterly roadmap reviews, early access to new features, and a voice in prioritization decisions. Sessions are brief — typically 30–45 minutes — and can be attended live or reviewed async.
No. Applications are reviewed personally by Jade to ensure the cohort reflects a diverse range of practice types, sizes, and regions. Submitting an application is the first step. You will receive a decision within 5–7 business days. Spots are filled in the order acceptances are confirmed.
Your founding membership travels with you as you grow — adding a second or third location does not put your 50% founding rate at risk, and there is no cap on how many locations you can operate.
