This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and disclose information through softwarebyjade.com, our Founding 50 application program, and our platform ecosystem comprising Aura, Curated by Jade, and Sanctuary by Jade.

We collect information through the following mechanisms:

• Founding 50 & Practice Applications: When you apply to the Founding 50 cohort or request platform access, we collect personal and business information you voluntarily provide, including your full name, business email address, practice phone number, practice name, location count, practice type (e.g., MedSpa, Longevity Clinic, Aesthetic Practice), and current software stack.
• Communication & Feedback Data: Notes, emails, survey responses, and feedback provided during onboarding or support inquiries.
• Technical & Usage Data: When you navigate our website, our servers automatically collect standard technical metrics, including IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, device identifiers, and page interaction telemetry via secure infrastructure and analytics providers (see Section 4).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information for legitimate business purposes, including to:

• Evaluate, process, and administer Founding 50 applications and lifetime rate-lock eligibility.
• Communicate with you regarding program updates, onboarding schedules, technical support, and platform feature releases.
• Operate, secure, and optimize softwarebyjade.com and our SaaS infrastructure.
• Deliver B2B fulfillment services within the Curated by Jade marketplace and practitioner resources in Sanctuary by Jade.
• Analyze anonymized aggregate usage metrics to refine product workflows without compromising practice confidentiality.

3. Telecommunications & AI Processing Disclosures

• A2P 10DLC & SMS Opt-Ins: All mobile phone numbers collected for application verification or transactional/promotional messaging opt-ins are handled with strict privacy protocols. Mobile opt-in information and consent data will never be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
• AI Infrastructure & Compute Actions: Features utilizing AI assistants or 24/7 AI voice receptionists process text and voice telemetry strictly to execute user-requested operational actions. Input data processed through our AI compute infrastructure is not transferred to external vendors for training public large language models (LLMs).

4. Information Sharing & Subprocessors

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal or practice information. We share data only with trusted third-party service providers (“Subprocessors”) necessary to operate our platform under strict confidentiality agreements:

• Application & CRM Management: Task and applicant tracking platforms (e.g., Asana) used to evaluate Founding 50 entries.
• Cloud Infrastructure & Hosting: Secure, HIPAA-compliant cloud hosting, database, and media storage providers (e.g., Cloudflare R2 / AWS S3).
• Communication Providers: Enterprise telecommunications and transactional email platforms (e.g., Twilio, AWS SES) for system notifications and multi-factor authentication.
• Payment Processing: Integrated merchant payment gateways (e.g., Stripe) for subscription billing and POS transactions.
• Analytics & Site Measurement: Website traffic and campaign-attribution providers (e.g., Google Analytics 4, Cloudflare Web Analytics) used to measure how visitors reach and navigate softwarebyjade.com. We retain Founding 50 application and practice contact data for as long as necessary to fulfill the operational evaluation of the cohort and maintain active partner accounts. If an application is declined or withdrawn, contact information is retained for up to twelve (12) months for audit and re-application verification before being securely deleted or permanently anonymized for analytical reporting.

6. Your Rights & Choices

Depending on your jurisdiction (including states covered by the CCPA/CPRA or international privacy regulations), you hold specific rights regarding your personal information:
